  • Chloe van der Linde, Group COO, has over 11 years experience in the property industry with experience in Residential and Retail development as head of department and Operations Officer with  expertise in Marketing, Leasing, Sales and Operation Management. Some of the Retail projects she assisted with include the Eyethu Orange Farm Mall (30,000 sqm), The Corner Centre near Southgate (12,000 sqm) and  Red Carpet mall in Mofolo Soweto (10,000sqm)
  • Chad Dunkley, Head of Infrastructure, has over 22 years experience in the Retail, Commercial, industrial, multiple and single level residential sectors in the industry, within the Republic of South Africa. He has extensive knowledge development management and project management and has undertaken retail, residential, commercial, hotel and light industrial developments. Typical developments undertaken to date are located both in South Africa and Africa.
  • Kerry Gordon, Letting Broker, has 7 years experience in sales and has been in the property industry for 2 years with expertise in the Residential sales and Retails leasing.
